Hello,

I am with a JG538A and need to use the port 25 and 36 but they don't work... but they are enabled...
Anybody knows what i need to do?

Do you get a link light?

The ports are 25 and 26, I need to use them like a uplink...

Re: HP 1910-24 JG538A

No link light means that either the ports are disabled, or whetever you are patching into them is disabled.

Alternatively, whatever you are patching into them might be configured with the wrong speed.

Re: HP 1910-24 JG538A

Show us DEVICE > PORT MANAGEMENT > DETAIL for both those ports.

Then tell us exactly what you are patching into them.
