HP 1920-24G - STP Path Cost Configuration

Ok - I'll try a more specific question.

On the HP 1920-24G, I designate Mode as RSTP and Path Cost as Legacy, but the Path Cost Values are 802.1W (RSTP) values (eg: 20, 200, 200000). 

Why aren't the correct 802.1D Path Costs being used?
