HP V1910 lost package and latency with some devices

Hello,

 

I need support about HP V1910(JE009A).

 

I have two lan.

One lan, i have 2 device(Access Control) with card network. Both device I connect to switch dlink. These switch is not configurable. If I connect a notebook in these lan and send ping command to device(access control), the response is between 8ms to 1 ms. I not have a lost package. When connect the switch dlink not configurable to HP V1910(JE009A), here start the problem. The same device(access control) with response ping fine in dlink switch, when connect to HP to switch we send a ping command and lost package and latency between 1200 ms to 400 ms.

Any idea?
