HPE OfficeConnect 1950 12XGT 4SFP+: Unable to register warranty, unable to upgrade firmware [HELP]

Hello, 

We have two JH295A. We need support because:

- We can't upgrade the firmware (timeout during upload)

- We can't  set-up stack (hpps error) 

- We can't setup it with console cable 

WE CAN'T REGISTER THE WARRANTY with this error: 
This entitlement does not exist. Please review the entitlement identifier and make any necessary edits, or check the box to remove this item.

So, What can we do?
