How to setup 3 port-based VLAN on 1910-48G

Good day.

I have 3 port-based VLAN from my ISP's switch CISCO SF200-48 with untagged ports in "acess" mode.

VLAN20 - 192.168.20.0/24 gateway 192.168.20.1

VLAN30 - 192.168.30.0/24 gateway 192.168.30.1

VLAN40 - 192.168.40.0/24 gateway 192.168.40.1

I need to get simply 3 separated VLAN's without any routing. Simply 3 virtual L2 switches in 1 case of HP 1910-48G.  I've created 3 port-based VLAN, added untagged ports in "acess" mode with correct PVID (20,30,40). Just like in example from user manual. If i connect only one VLAN (no matter - 20, 30 or 40) from Cisco it works correctly - i can get ip from DHCP and ping gateway. But if i connect 2 or 3 VLAN from Cisco to HP, i can't ping gateways, DHCP doesn't work in any VLAN, except first connected. For example, D-Link DES-1100-16 works correctly in that LAN. And HP 1910-48G also works correctly, but only if i connect it directly to gateways of my subnetworks. Seems like Cisco forces 1910-48G to block 2 of 3 VLAN, but why? Please, help.

Do you have access to the Cisco switch?  It would be helpful to post some config info from both switches.

ISP can't give me acess to Cisco, but some things we did together. But he can answer some questions. What information can be useful?

Configuration of HP made with web-interface 100% like in user manual's example. And it works correct separate of Cisco. And Cisco works correct with L2 switches like D-Link DES-1100-16 or HP 1700. But without routing V1910 should work like simply L2-switch as i know. Am i right?
