Hp V1910-24G and D-LINK DGS-1016D

Hello,
I have a HP V1910-24g switch and I have to connect a switch D-Link DGS-1016D. The two switches are located at a distance of 20 meters and connected with a RJ-45 cable. I can not to activate the link between the two switches. I need to configure some parameters on the port of 'hp 1910?
