Inter-VLAN (SVI) Feature on HP 1920

I wanted to have a confirmation whether HP 1920  able to do inter-vlan routing or not.

I  have read the datasheet, and it said:

Layer 3 routing
Static IPv4/IPv6 routing
provides basic routing (supporting up to 32 static routes and 8 virtual VLAN interfaces); allows manual routing configuration

Let say I configure:

Interface vlan 10 and Interface vlan 20 on this switch, will PC from vlan 10 able to reach vlan 20 and vice versa? I know higher end model such as 5120 and 5500 able to do it without any futher configuration on routing, the switch automatically do the inter-vlan routing.
