Limiting a switch port on one specific mac address

Good Afternoon,

 

I have a HP V1910-48G Switch JE009A.  I need to setup one port to only all one specific mac address to be able to access it.  Alternatively I could use DHCP to give a specific ip address the that mac address and then only allow that ip address on the particular switch port (if this is easier).
