Power Led blinking at HP 1910 24G PoE Switch

Power led blinking and all port cannot use except console port, i use putty to open boot screen at serial port and click ctrl+b follow some tutorial also i already choose option number 5 (Restore to Factory Default Configuration) but show this message "Password recovery capability is enabled. To perform this operation, first
disable the password recovery capability using the undo password-recovery enable command in CLI." help me to fix this problem ..

Is there somthing connected on that switch at the moment? You might have loop there.
