Restore HP 1920 JG924A
I walked into a company recently and was assigned to Reset 2 HP1920 JG924A Switches.
I've been researching and testing different alternatives for about 1 month, but I can't get past the next point.
* Putty access to COM port 38400.
* Enter the user "admin" and then open a menu with 09 options: "boot System", "Enter Serial SubMenu", "Enter Ethernet SubMenu", "File Control", "Restore to Factory Default Configuration", "Skip Current System Configuration "BootWare Operation Menu", "Clear SuperPassword", "Storage Device Operation", "Reboot".
I have already tried all the options as well as those that are inside each one and I cannot open the console to do the respective Factory Reset by commands ...
When selecting Option 5 (Restore ....), it says:
"Password recovery capability is enabled. To perform this operation, first
disable the password recovery capability using the undo password-recovery
enable command in CLI. "
when selecting Option 8 (Clear ...), it says: "Clear Application Password Success!". but there are no changes in option 5...
Could someone please guide me how to go from a menu or a different alternative to do the factory reset to be able to pass them to "layer2" as soon as possible? Thanks

ESP: Restore HP 1920 JG924A
* Putty/ acceso al puerto COM 38400.
* Ingrese el usuario "admin" y luego abra un menú con 09 opciones: "boot System", "Enter Serial SubMenu", "Enter Ethernet SubMenu", "File Control", "Restore to Factory Default Configuration", "Skip Current System" Configuración "Menú de funcionamiento de BootWare", "Borrar SuperPassword", "Funcionamiento del dispositivo de almacenamiento", "Reiniciar".
Gracias
