SolutionTechnically speaking, HPE OfficeConnect 1910 Switch Series is engineered to support SFP Transceivers listed on its QuickSpecs document [*].
[*] to be clear: that doesn't necessarily mean that only genuine and supported SFP Transceivers work once inserted...but it means that using those ones you will be sure that they work flawlessly and, more important, that the resulting hardware configuration is supported by HPE in case of related HW/SW issues.

The HPE 1910 switch will work with the mentioned SFP module, but you┬┤ll see logging messages that the module is not made by HPE.

That's why you need to ask Planet - if they code the SFP properly, then the HP switch won't generate any alerts.
