V1820-48G Web Interface goes down, stays down until reboot

We've been having some trouble where intermittantly, the web interface for our V1820-48G switches will become unreachable. After power cycling the switch access to the web interface is restored.

While researching this I found information about CR_0000105424 which was basically the same type of fix but for the V1810's. In an attempt to resolve this issue I have updated to the firmware to the latest release, PT.01.14, but it has not resolved the issue.

Does anyone know of a durable fix to resolve this issue?

I see a new PT.02.01 firmware was released last week.  

I've noticed that the web interface has not always came back up after a reboot, so am at a loss for how to get the new firmware uploaded.

Is there any way to force it to revert to the backup image without gui access? I'd rather not perform the factory reset/full reload if possible
