What values should I put to block a broadcast storm?

I have an HP V1910 Switch.

I would like to be able to block a broadcast, multicast and unicast stroms.

I've found that under Port management -- setup tab in the "Storm Suppression" section.

You can sepcify the % of trafic of any of these types of xxxcasts that will considure a storm.

Hopefully if it reachs that % the prot will be blocked.

I don't know what value to put inside, as I don't know what % will be consdiure a storm.

We also use multicast now and again to deploy our computer's images across the netwrok.

Would be very happy to get an advice.

Thanks
