"duplicate administrator" message when trying to log in on 1800-8g

"duplicate administrator" message when trying to log in on 1800-8g

When I try to log in on our 1800-8g switch, it displays "duplicate administrator" and "press continue to override"
Pressing "continue" does not override but instead just repeats the override message, seemingly forever.

What gives?

Hello,

are you able to login to the switch. If yes, please check user accounts & try configuring users, you may refer below guide.
