v1810-48g - QOS/COS!!!

Hello,

 

We have just moved from a trusted 1800-24g switch to a new 1810-48g, on the lan everything appears to be normal, but when accessing services from a wan link speeds are so slow I can only think of some sort of QOS or COS is affecting speeds.

 

Does anyone have any idea on how to disable QOS/COS on this model of switch. It is so bad at present we are having to look to go back to the 1800-24g!!! any ideas or suggestins most welcome
