Where can I find a good white paper document
outlining the ALL the differences between HP-UX 10.20 and HP-UX 11i. For example; command output differences such as the "id" command and others plus patching etc.

Solution
My guess is: you won't.
I seriously doubt that such a best exists. And if it did, it probably would be a beast.
Here is the web site for the HP-UX information library:
http://www.hp.com/products1/unix/operating/infolibrary/index.html
Here is the site for HP-UX 11i documentation:
http://docs.hp.com/hpux/os/11i/index.html
Your best bet there would probably be some of the release notes.
Now something else to consider is that there is probably NOT a comparison between 10.20 and 11i. You'd probably have to compare 10.20 to 11.0 and then 11.0 to 11i to get all the differences.
