Command Line Enable Network W2k3

I mistakenly disabled the LAN connection of a Win2k3 server running in an HPVM guest. Now of course I cannot use remote desktop to access the server to re-enable it. HPVM does not have a graphical means to access the windows guest through the HP-UX host, but it does have a command line console. However, I don't know how to re-enable a network interface through the command line in windows server. Does anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this?
