HP ProLiant server fails with 380 G and Windows Server 2003

Saludos ...

This solocitar to help with the following case:
We have two HP ProLiant servers 380g, working cluster (NODO1/NODO2) both running Windows Server 2003. The two teams were operating about a month ago, but a week ago a UPS Exchange servers were turned off by a day, but once they were lit again been presenting a very curious one flaw is that you lose the static IP (IP) and must restart the servers (both nodes) to return to retrieve the connection (the IP). There is one detail that occurs when the fault is a PING 127.0.0.1 localhost address and is not totally lost the configuration of the network card.
We conducted several tests including:
1.cambio external network card
2.Use network interface card
3.reinicio total software (operating system)
4.Reinicio of Cluster
5. and many things

but a persistent failure so far agradeserles know if we can help with this case.
