How to enable VT in BIOS for 64bit support in vmware (HP DC7700)

How to enable Intel Virtualization Technology, to run vmware 64-bit guest operating systems on a HP DC7700?

Can not find the VT enable/disable in the BIOS?

Hardware:

VT is disabled by default in F10 Setup. You must enable it before you can use a third party Virtual Appliance.
The VT option is located in F10 Setup under the following selections:
Security > OS Security > Intel Virtualization Technology
