Memory Overflow or Temporary File needs to be increased

I have a DL380 G5 with MS 2003 r2 Enterprise eddition for a NAS server. About once a month we have to shut down and reboot the NAS server due to the fact that we get a Memory Overflow error or it advises us that the Temporary Files need to be increased. My IT people can't seem to figure out what the problem is. any ideas. The NAS is connected to a domain. the NAS consists of SAN switch and a MSA1000.

Re: Memory Overflow or Temporary File needs to be increased

Tried to increase the Swap size (in computer properties->advanced)?

What kind of applications runs on the server?
any third party application developed, for example, by a local software house?

Please be more specific on the error:
Was BSOD (blue screen) or what?
What it precisely tells?

If a BSOD, did you check the minidump?
here's a smart article on how to do so.

HTH bye.
