STOP 0x000000F4 when x64 Windows PE reboots

We have an x64 Windows PE boot CD that does the following:

Boots,
Runs diskpart and configures the primary system partition
Runs a custom application that populates the C:\UNATTEND.TXT file
Runs Windows 2003 Enterprise Server setup (Winnt32.exe) with the /noreboot option
Copies the source files from c:\$WIN_NT$.~LS\i386\*.* to C:\i386
Copies the source files from c:\$WIN_NT$.~LS\AMD64\*.* to C:\AMD64
Reboots the system with an 'exit' command

- This works fine on a DL385 with a P600 Array controller

On a DL385 with a 6i Array controller, we get a 'STOP 0x000000F4' error when the 'exit' command is run at the end of the batch file..

We have to power cycle the Server for the Textmode portion of Windows setup to continue.

Any help you could give us would be gratefully received.
