system interrupt controller device driver

I've managed to install Windows 2003 X64 compute cluster edition beta 2 onto 2 nodes of what will be a 5 node cluster. Hardware comprising 4 x DL145G2's. Head node is a DL385.

Device manager on the two DL145's shows a yellow exclamation mark next to Other devices > "System interrupt controller." There are two instances of this device.

The properties tell me that the manufacturer is unknown and the location is PCI Bus 128, device 1 function 1.

I'm assuming that the device is responsible for assinging IRQ's, so far the server hasn't blue screened. Any suggestions for drivers would be appreciated. Thanks
