After 3 days ntdlr is removed atumatically!!!!!?????

I have a suprising problem which has gotten so much big for me and made my whole life into worse, the strategy is:
1- Proliant server ML 570G3
2- Not connected to Network
3- Fresh installation of WIN2k3 Enterprise edition SP1,
4- No additional software installed,
5- I have checked out all connections(physically) and all hardwares.


the problem is:
the server removes ntdlr file automatically without notice and the next time the server doesn't boots up correctly.

I will give zero to ten point if your answer solved the problom.

Hi Al,

Weird Scenario this. Is there any other boot device server is booting from?

Remove access to all the other users except for system for that particular file,

Is it feasible to have filemon running on the server? you could atleast monitor which process tried removing it.

file cant be removed automatically but depends on ur configuration of creating disk partition or virus.
