CPQISCSI event id 270 and 267 is iscsi running on my server?

Proliant DL380 G3 Windows 2003 R2 Standard 32 bit.
I've got six physical drives in the server and three physical arrays.
No attachment to a SANS Array.
Do I need to run iscsi with this type of setup?
How can you tell if it's running?

I was getting event id 267 and 270 msgs. I saw in another thread a suggestion to go to Insight Manager and remove the agent. I've done this and the 267 and 270 msgs have stopped.

Basically iSCSI is just another TCP protocol, running on port 3260. If you dont have any iSCSI HBA, iSCSI Initiator, target or so, I would say you are not running iSCSI at all.

You have no problem there...
When you installed your server using the SmartStart CD you selected full installation of drivers and agents, since you are not using any iSCSI hardware or software the HP Storage Agents (previously installed and running) trigger these warnings.
What you did was to remove an agent which you didn't need in the first place.
