ISCSI Configuration - Help me understand

Hello,

we have servers with extra nics.
These are NC380T NICs

I installed the Microsoft iscsi initiator and configured on our NetApp volumes.
In Windows i see the drives - cann access them etc.
Do i need to configure iscsi in the Network configuration utility from HP ?
There is a point: ISCSI

Or is it enough to configure iscsi with the MS Inititator

Please help me to understand why there is a configuration in de HP NCU
