Remote desktop not working on Proliant ML310 G4 768

Hello,
i'm having serious problem with my proliant ml310 G4 storage server, server is only used with remote desktop and has no display (normally).
I just reinstalled microsoft server 2003 SP2 and installed all updates and drivers from windows update / hp software disks.

When i try to connect from client machine to server, i get error message like "This computer can't connect to remote computer. The connection was lost due to a network error. Try connecting again....etc".
I get an error in server, event viewer message:

Product: Windows Operating System
Event ID: 50
Source: TermDD
Version: 5.2
Symbolic Name: STATUS_RDP_PROTOCOL_ERROR
Message: The RDP protocol component %2 detected an error in the protocol stream and has disconnected the client.

Explanation

This error can occur if a terminal server receives packets over a Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) connection that it cannot process.

I've tryed several "solutions" to this problem, including:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/323497/en-us
(I only have Certificate registery key, not those X509 Certificate and X509 Certificate, deleting Certificate value does not help)

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811770/en-us

Reinstalled RPD, no help. Also tested without firewall, no help.

Also tested with another network card, no help.

I can ping, telnet and connect to server via hp server management, but not with remote desktop from vista/xp/7...

Any ideas what could i do next?
