Unable to RDP

I have a windows 2003 standard server, server is up and running fine without any issues but I am unable to either ping or RDP to the server. I have rebooted the server couple of times. No logs for this issue. Server was recently added to domain. Please help to sort this out...

Are you able ping other machines from your server?
Check only incoming is blocked? or out packets too..?

Check the ipconfig once again..

This problem was solved. This was due to windows firewall. I was able to ping other machines from this server but not this server from other servers. finally I switched off the firewall which made me to connect to this server.
