Re: WIFI driver for windows server 2008

Hi:

If you are using Windows server 2008 (not R2), use the Vista driver. As a matter of fact, I have posted the latest Atheros driver which hopefully will work for your PC:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=5060880&prodNameId=5060882&swEnvOID=4053&swLang=13&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=ob-97750-1

If it doesn't install automatically, try manually installing the driver by clicking on the wireless device in the device manager, click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver. Select the Browse my computer for software option and browse to C:\SWSetup\sp 54548, and hopefully the drivers will load that way.
