XP24000 - CAPABLE OF RAW DATA?

Have IXOS customer wanting to convert from EMC.

Comments:
IXOS currently has .dev files that actually tell it that it's EMC type disk along with the raw device path and I don't think they made it work with XP but perhaps.

It is old version of IXOS. Any ideas on making solution work?

Hi,
the newer XPs (from 10000/12000, 20000/24000 included) use OPEN-V emulation only. If the application needs any metadata volumes, they should be created as the command devices... so check the IXOS docs, if it needs the command devices.
