Xp storage in direwolf20 1.16

I remember seeing somewhere in the lets play direwolf made that he had something besides the cyclic orb so he doesn't need to keep using sugar to access his experience...

Anyone know of any items in the pack that can store excess levels for later?

The item i saw in a video was a handheld item he clicked somehow to "deposit" and "withdraw" levels
