Can't login to SCM using our account since upgrade
Where do we report problems with SCM login difficulties.I don't want to share our account details with the world.The account we have used successfully for years does not work since the "upgrade". We urgently need to log a call and we have no access to SCM.
We do have a HP Passport account which has the same email address as the account we used to successfully log on with.When we logon to SCM using the HP Passport account none of our previous cases are shown.Neither are any of linked contracts shown.
This is very poor indeed.
