Can't register product because no support, can't get support because no product registered.

Can't register product because no support, can't get support because no product registered.

We are HP business partners of several years now. We would like to get latest HPUX software for our rx2620 machine, but:

  • We can't register the product because we don't have support.
  • We can't get support because we don't have a registered product.
  • We can't use support chat because the product isn't registered.
  • The product can't be registered because it doesn't exist in search.
  • and so on, and so forth

So, what do we do?
