Chinese Factory

I have been asked to provide the address of the Chinese factory that manufactured an HP 1410-24G switch in order to obtain a certificate of origin for export from the UK to Saudi Arabia. 

I know this seems excessive but this is what I have been asked.  Can anyone help?
