HP Care Pak Agreement

For the past 3 months I have been trying to obtain a copy of a Care Pak Service Agreement that I renewed back in August. I have emailed 3 different people over the past 3 months and no one ever replies or takes care of the problem. HP cashed our check within 5 days the issue date yet I can't seem to get their attention or confirmation that the contract I paid for even exists. I have asked to speak with a supervisor and they tell me that one will call me back but so far - nothing. Anyone else had this problem. Anyone have any suggestions of who I can contract - like a specific name?
