HP Enterprise Support portal not listing all devices

What is happenning to HP Enterprise Support portal? After Support portal separation to HPE and HP Inc.  I can no longer see all devices in HPE.

 

For example we own a 3PAR Storage wich current contracts and warranties. I can see the device in HP Inc. support portal, but not in HPE. Naturally I cannot download *any* 3PAR software from Software Depot, because HPE site probably things that I don't own 3PAR.

 

I also cannot create new Cases nor on HP Inc. nor on HPE support site. New Cases button is completely missing.

 

Can someone from HP take a look at my account and enable all needed permissions to download 3PAR software and create Cases?
