HP Plotter T830 MFP is failed to install during first day - poor response from HP COMPANY

Hello, Case ID- 4777567264

Our company purchased the HP T830 MFP from CASCADE Systems & Communication pvt ltd Bangalore,India and when hp person came for installation it hasnt happened due to the machine fault and technicial has informed us that its DOA[Dead on Arrival].

We were disappointed by this and informed HP team to do the replacement but 3 days completed and no proper response from HP support team.

For new plotter first day itself this kind of problem and we are worried about what kind of ONSITE WARRANTY HP Company will provide?

Please resolve the Case ID- 4777567264 asap.

Plrease give more importance to customer rather than selling your products!!!!
