Issue with the Pune Service Center
Hi,
I was facing an issue with my laptop display and I went to the Wakdewadi, Pune Service Centre. After 2 days I got a call from their Engineer that the display CT number is tempered and they can't repair my laptop under warranty.
Last year I was facing issue in my display and they only have changed the display and now they are telling me that the display CT no is tempered.
I talked with their Regional Manager, Mr. Raju Rajput and he is saying that I have changed the display with another laptop. This kind of behavior is not acceptable from such a reputed company.
Kindly look into this.
