PRNTER DOES NOT PRINT AND ITS PENAL IS OFF

Hi, I have HP laserJet 1320 printer, prior its usb connector seem to be mulfunction,  I replced the formatter and the printer started working again, but after few days it won't print and its penal is off, apart from that when I switch on won't boot immidiately, will boot after switching on/of several times.

Any help will be appreciated
