Problems with devices/support showing under support center website

When I go to the HP website and login and then go to Support and then to “Insight Online, My IT Environment” I expect to see my products.  I have managed to get 6 products to show up, albeit only under “Contracts and warranties”, not under devices. 

 

Six of my products I cannot get to show, they all come up as Expired even though I have coverage on them.  I bought the coverage through CDW in fact.  

 

Is there anyone that can help?  I have gone several rounds with HP support with no help whatsoever.  In fact they told me not to use the site to just put my info in Excel.

Are these PC/printers or servers/networking/storage?

This board is only for the latter.
