SAID is missing

Hi,

 

I was having an itrc id and all the systems SAID in our organisation is linked with that id.

 

After the migration of IT Resource Center (ITRC) i am not able to get these assigned SAID. In the new site it is only allowing me to login the HP Passport ID and it is different with my old ITRC id.

 

Please help.
