Email Subscription Notifications Suspended Temporarily
We are in the process of making navigation in the Servers and Operating Systems forums simpler and more direct. While doing this, we have to temporarily suspend email notifications for subscriptions. If you are subscribed to one or more discussion boards or blogs in the community, please check them daily to see new content. Notifications will be turned back on in a few days. SMC...is it working

Hello,

 

I have been trying to log a case for the last 2 weeks and it always fails with "this service is not yet available please try again later". Has anyone had success logging a case...I have tried several SAID's linked to my accountID but still no go

I have a opened a case regarding SAID migration and it worked fine for me.

Hi Stephan,

 

I have logged a case with them but as of yet no reply. If it worked for you then I will try using the SAID and then serial number

For me they forwarded it to EMEA to get the right guys on the call and it needed some time (1 or 2 Days), so perhaps it's the same for you.
