In a support E-mail from HP they included this web site link: "Web Case Management: <>". When I click on it I get a message: "The page you requested can not be found.".

Solution
This is probably what you should use (missing "."):
http://www.itrc.hp.com/service/mcm/homepageRequest.do
What type of product needs support?
Non-enterprise SCM goes here:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Home.jsp
Here are a few threads saying that WCM was replaced by SCM (which shows up in my URL above):

Re: Web site doesn't work?
Hi Dennis,
Thanks for the reply. Yup. Whoever sent me the E-mail forgot to put the "." between "Request" and "do". It works with the period there.
