WiMax driver adapter is missing

After discovering I could no longer send docs to my printer (laptop and printer are both HPs and are wireless), I ran every diagnostic on both my computer and  printer.  At some point there was a message saying "WiMAx driver adapter missing".  I looked on several Community boards and after seeing things about "hidden files"  I realized this might be bigger than me to figure out on my own.  Anyone know how I can fix this?  It's becoming a problem!  Thanks!
