Wrong Information given HP customer support through 1180112267 before purchase product Laptop Model
Sir (s),
I have purchased a HP Notebook from Flipkarts dtd 09/09/2016 Model W6T45PA 15-ay008TX. Before this products I was asked to customer support through toolfree No.1800112267/30306363 regarding this product has support with windows 7 or not? One leady customer care officer clearly given infomation that this product should be supuport with windows 7 32/64 bit. Shr also informed that all Driver software available in HP website I may downlod alll driver software for Notebook 15-ay008TX. then I seen all windows 7 driver software was avaliable in HP website. After I purchased this product from Flipkarts and installed windows 7 and all downloded driver but three USB port are not working.
I have colmpalint to HP customer support Case No.4777373813 and given refer to HP service center at Kolkata they are irnore this problame. They told me this product may not suported with windows 7 and return back my product from service center. Mob No.8585090038/8585090010/8585089970 (kolkata/West Bengal)
It is my question and complaint why customer care executive told me that this product should be supported windows 7? 2) why HP service center kolkata told be this product should not supported windows 7?
3) Why HP wibsite given downlod option for window 7 driver software avaiable other than USB.
4) This product why not active minimum one USB port for instalation driver and software.
5) Why 3 (three) USB port are in active initially.
6) why I harasing after purchsed HP Note Book 15-ay008TX from HP customer care service and HP service center at Kolkata 39 P Princep Street, Kolkata. Mob:8585090038/8585089970/8585090010.
