cant change my email

when i bought this laptop a year ago i used a yahoo email when i got it working and to register with HP.. well i dont have the yahoo email anymore and when i start up my laptop my name and my old email address shows up on the start up screen where i put my password

 

how do i change my email from yahoo to gmail as i dont know what my password was on here and i have no clue where to go to change my email...help
