Chat is not available

I have a problem: when I try to connect with specialist by chat support, appears a message which tells that my product is not suported by the chat and below there are list of supported products. But both of my registered HP Compaq nc8430 and IPaq rx1950 ARE in that list. So why connection doesn't establish and how can I solve this problem?
