POSTING WITH NO REPLY

I owned several HP products and normally I don't have any problem with them. However, when reading thru this Forum, I have found quite a number of complains about HP products which warrant some attention.

I would urge someone from HP on this Forum to go thru all the "O" replies and help out with some solutions. This is not good for HP business if no one tackle these problems.

I think the Photosmart forum has less traffic and less people read postings here. The first page covers nearly two months of postings, the Deskjet forum would fill the first page in a few days.

As for the HP folks, for the most part these forums are for peer support - customers helping other customers. For real HP support you need to contact HP either via the web chat or by phone.
