tech support

I just want to thank the tech that worked for over 2 hours to solve my problem, his name was Abe Richard and as far as I am concerned he should be given a very large pay raise and promotion, never in all the times of myself dealing with techs on the phone for the many things I own and had to get tech support have I had a more pleasurable experience, thanks so much,

This is a forum of peers and has very little intervention from HP or its techs. As a tech myself I have had some tech support from HP and have had rewarding results from its superior staff and I am sure Abe would appreciate your efforts to show your gratitude. I wish I knew of a way to let HP know of this post and I thank you for your thoughfulness.
