Cannot link warranty

Hey,

I'm trying to link the warranty of a HDD, but the site says the entiltement cannot be found. I've tried different product numbers, but they all fail to link te warrewnty.

I would like to claim the warranty, but the site doesnt let met. What am I doing wrong?
