HP Business Support Survey - Pop-ups in Browser

A few months ago I started getting HP Business Support Survey - Pop-ups in my browser popping up at random times. The survey states that declining the survey will close it, but "cannot guarantee it won't re-appear in the future".

This is most annoying and interferes with my work and research.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this annoyance?

This is the offending HP Business Support Center webpage that keeps poping up almost daily: http://g1w2399g.austin.hp.com/Community/se.ashx.

I have filed a case with HP Tech Support but they have been unable to provide a solution.
